Purchase Cancellation, Return & Refund Guidelines

Cancellation is only possible before order processing or shipment.

If approved early, full refund is issued.

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns must be requested within 14 days after delivery.

Unused product
Original packaging included
Valid purchase proof

Contact support before sending items back.

Only one combined shipping charge applies.

No restocking fee is applied.

Once returned items are inspected, confirmation email will be sent.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Time depends on payment provider processing.
